The Work

Removed old fiberglass shower, pan, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting, and flooring
Installed new copper plumbing lines, diverter, and all valves
Set 25 sq. ft. of floor tile and 110 sq. ft. of subway wall tile with custom niche and shelf
Painted walls, ceiling, and trim and upgraded electrical with new exhaust fan and lighting
Installed new vanity, sink, faucet, toilet, and set up rain head, shower head, and handheld

The Outcome

The bathroom now features fresh tile, reliable plumbing, and updated fixtures. The layout feels more open and functional. Every detail, from the modern matte black hardware to the clean tile lines, adds to the space’s comfort and style.
