Summary

Sometimes an older HVAC system just can't keep up with the demands of a busy commercial space. We were called in to replace a large, outdated setup with a new high-efficiency model to help meet modern standards for comfort and energy use.

The Work

Removed and safely disposed of the existing condenser and air handler units
Installed a new Daikin 7.5 Ton High-Efficiency Heat Pump Tandem and matching air handler with electric heat kit
Completed all refrigeration and electrical work including pressure testing, system evacuation, and final refrigerant charge
Managed city permitting and coordinated all inspections for the project

The property now benefits from a modern system designed to deliver reliable heating and cooling while using less energy. This upgrade helps keep utility costs in check and supports a more comfortable indoor environment for everyone.
